My name is Susane Mota (Satya) and I'm a brazilian Yoga teacher (RYT +1000), specialist in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga Teacher Certified, Vedic Astrologer and specialist in Ayurvedic Medicine. I'm dedicated to help my students and clients finding more balance between the yin and yang (lunar and solar) forces in their daily lives through Yoga, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. 

 

I'm the owner of Satya Astro Yoga where I offer online services and Casa Surya where I host people from all around the world to practice Yoga, have Ayurvedic retreats or simply relax in the beach city of São Miguel do Gostoso/RN in the Northeast of Brazil.

 

My Yoga practices, and Ayurvedic and Astrology consultations, bring philosophical aspects of Vedic knowledge translated to the modern world in a practical way. They prioritize respect for the internal processes and physical nature of each student, empowering them to be and honor their true self.
